At LUNA, we are dedicated to the care, rescue, protection and promotion of domestic animals all while helping troubled youth find a place in the world with nature. Our small, locally run farm, operated on a foundation of compassion and education, strives to share our love of these critters with the world. All proceeds are directly reinvested to support our mission. Each and every animal that enters our world, no matter how big or small, is given everything they need to thrive and more.
OUR TEAM
LUNA's team is unlike others. It consists primarily of passionate high school students. Our team members bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm, and a deep love for animals. We believe in fostering a hands-on learning environment where youth can grow, gain valuable experience and develop a lifeline love for a animal, while paving the way for the future generation.
Looking for your next companion? We offer a number of carefully prepared pets and livestock for sale and/or adoption! Every animal that enters our property receives the utmost care and attention to ensure they are healthy, well-socialized and ready for their new home. From loving dogs and cats to other small pets to horses and donkeys there is always something waiting for you.
Nearly all of our available PETS (not equines or rabbits) are adoptable. We occasionally have a few for sale.
Visit our shop where you'll find a wide range of products. We offer a variety of items including beautiful jewelry, pet products, accessories, clothing, and our soft, luxurious Angora rabbit wool (humanely harvested!). Whether you're looking for a unique gift, something special for your pet or everything in between, our shop has something for everybody! Best of all, all proceeds go back into LUNA, assisting us in saving more animals. Thank you for shopping our small business.
We understand that circumstances can change and sometimes you need to rehome your animal. if you are looking to surrender any kind of DOMESTIC animal, we are here to help.
We accept nearly all surrenders and strive to provide everyone with the second chance they deserve.
On a case-by-case basis we will even offer to pay a small rehoming fee to you. Reach out to us for an application today!
LOCATION
LUNA - Farm & Sanctuary is located in beautiful North Georgia
Currently, we serve Chattanooga and surrounding areas. We offer delivery on almost all of our animals under 100 pounds. Rabbits and critters under 10 pounds are a flat rate of $1 per mile, dogs, cats and everything else over 10 pounds $2 per mile, both up to 100 miles. There are occasional exceptions to the mileage. We do allow visits and encourage meet and greets BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The transportation of equines can be arranged, but we are not able to ship them ourselves at this time.
Please keep in mind that as of right now our facilities are limited and we are operating out of a residential property.
