We are so blessed and grateful to have a small, but wonderful group of foster parents and families and we are always looking to add to our special crowd. Our fosters are angels: they take in some of our rescues (dogs, cats, horses, rats, rabbits etc) into their families, homes and their hearts. 

To become a foster parent, you need to have the time and the love to properly fulfill the animals' needs. All of these little (and big) guys need constant nurturing and acceptance as many have never been in a house, been petted, had a bath, felt a tender loving touch, had clean water, had 2 meals a day, and even been called by a name. If you decide to bring one or more of our homeless pets/companions into your home, it is your responsibility to care for them as you would your own pet. You will be amazed how in time these animals go through an AMAZING change, and you will first handedly experience their emotional, physical, and spiritual wounds begin to heal.  Watching that scared, little dog change and become a proud, healthy, playful and affectionate pet, or building trust with the cat that cowers in the corner is a humbling and empowering experience. They learn to play, trust and live without fear and confusion. Eventually, every pet will be placed in their special, permanent home, and that is the most rewarding thing for everyone involved.
